If someone blocks you, you will not be able to see the Profile Picture of that contact who blocked you on WhatsApp. Their profile picture will disappear automatically. But it is also not solid proof because it may be that chat has removed its profile picture. Some users also hide their profile pictures.
3. WhatsApp Group
This option will guarantee that you have been blocked or not. You have to make a WhatsApp group and add that person to that group. You are not blocked if you can add that person to the group.
4. By Calling that person
The last method to know who blocked you on WhatsApp is to call that person on WhatsApp. If you can call them on WhatsApp, it is confirmed that you are not blocked. If you cannot call them on WhatsApp, you are blocked.
